Custom 3 L / 5 L Light-Blocking Drinking-Water Stand-Up Spout Pouch with Carry Handle

This light-blocking stand-up spout pouch is built for drinking water and other liquids that need portable, space-saving containment. Choose a 3 L or 5 L fill, then specify a screw-cap spout and carry handle to match your use case. Empty pouches lie flat for storage; once filled, the base opens into a stable stand-up format for easier shelf placement, transport and outdoor carrying.

The pouch body uses a laminated, multi-layer construction that balances flexibility with load-bearing strength. Its light-blocking and leak-resistant performance depends on both the film combination and the heat-seal process. Sealing settings must be matched to the pouch size and structure; an inconsistent seal edge can compromise containment, so a trial fill is recommended before committing to a production run.

Capacities are available in 3 L and 5 L. Printing supports 1–8 colours. Standard fittings include a spout, screw cap and handle. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, pouch proportions and handle style can all be adapted, and the print layout can reserve space for volume scales or fill-level reminders if required.

Suitable liquids include drinking water, outdoor water storage, hydrogen-rich water, draught beer, juice, soup and milk. The handled version is easier for one person to lift when filled to 5 L, making it useful for household reserves and outdoor activities. After use, flatten the pouch for compact storage and bring it along on the next trip.
