A 2 kg stand-up spout pouch built for family-size laundry detergent. Its aluminium foil and laminated construction is named for drop resistance, making it a practical choice for channels with more handling and transport. Gravure printing gives large, continuous artwork a clean, complete finish.

The pack combines aluminium foil with laminated materials. The foil layer handles light blocking and barrier performance, while the laminated layers add strength and flexibility. A folded, heat-sealed base allows the pouch to stand upright, and the spout is heat sealed to the pouch opening for a secure closure. Since the fill weight concentrates at the base and spout joint, these seals are dimensioned for larger fill volumes, helping the finished pouch hold its shape and resist damage during stacking.

Fill capacity ranges from 1–1000 ml. Weight formats such as 2 kg are typical for washing products, and the final pouch size is agreed according to the fill volume. Printing is available in 1–8 colours; gravure is well suited to full-surface coverage and continuous patterns. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
