This spout pouch is built for liquid refill and top-up formats, supplied as stand-up, flat-bottom or handle-carry pouches with three-side or four-side sealing and a folded base for shelf stability. The bag is fitted with a welded or screw-cap spout, with optional tamper-evident inner plugs and security rings. Once filled, the seal and cap keep the contents secure for pouring, single-hand dispensing and resealing between uses.
Laminates are selected around the fill: food-grade structures such as PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/NY/PE, with a heat-sealable food-grade PE inner layer for barrier, chemical resistance and drop performance. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure presses, reproducing gradients and solid colour blocks. Standard volumes span 100ml to 5L, and bag dimensions, spout diameters and handle placement can be tooled to your artwork, with matching roll film available on the same order.
These pouches suit household cleaning, personal care, disinfection and foodservice liquids: hand soap, alcohol sanitiser, laundry detergent, body wash and sauces. Send us a sample, drawing or artwork and we confirm structure and spout specification before sampling and mass production at our Dongguan plant, which runs a 10,000-class cleanroom and handles OEM/ODM programmes.
