This aseptic liquid pouch belongs to the liquid pouch bag range and is used for bulk liquid ingredient filling, transfer and dispensing. It handles concentrated juice, fruit pulp, syrup and milk tea base liquid for milk tea shops, chain restaurant groups and food factories. Sterilisation before filling, together with an aseptic cap seal, helps limit the contents' exposure to outside air.
The pouch body is a multilayer composite of PET, AL, NY and PE. The AL layer blocks light and oxygen to help protect flavour and colour; the NY layer adds flexibility and drop resistance; the PE layer works as the heat-seal layer. Standard capacities run from 1L to 20L, with either an aseptic cap or a spout, and printing can be done in 1–8 colours. It is suitable for concentrated juice, fruit pulp, syrup, milk tea base liquid, sauces and similar products.
