Custom 100ml Liquid Pouches for Hair Dye & Conditioner with Spout or Screw Cap

Built for paste and lotion filling, these liquid pouches can be produced as three-side seal or four-side seal flat bags, as well as stand-up pouches and spouted pouches. A round or folded bottom improves shelf stability and display. Heat sealing gives the edges a flat finish and a dependable seal. For dispensing, choose a spout, screw cap, flip-top or duckbill valve, so the same pack can support single-serve dosing or be reopened for later use.

The usual laminate structures are PET/NY/PE and PET/AL/PE, with pearl white film, high-barrier film or a chemical-resistant inner layer available to match the contents. This helps balance stiffness, light blocking and barrier performance. Printing is 1-8 color gravure, delivering clear image detail and stable registration, including full-bleed backgrounds and spot colors. Standard fill volumes run from 100 ml to 5 L, while pouch dimensions, spout diameter and film thickness remain adjustable. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.

Typical applications include hair dye, conditioner, essence lotion, shampoo, body wash and personal care samples, along with small liquid packs for food and agrochemical products. The custom process begins with your sample or artwork to confirm pouch style and print layout, followed by a proof; once approved, the order moves into bulk production and shipment.
