Custom 1 L Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Laundry Detergent, Fabric Softener and Disinfectant Liquid Packaging

For family-sized liquid household products, the 1 L spout pouch is a familiar format that can be filled with laundry detergent, fabric softener, or disinfectant. Its stand-up shape keeps the pack upright on a shelf or counter, while the spout helps regulate how much liquid is poured. After the contents are used up, the pouch can be folded flat, using less space than a rigid bottle or can and leaving a smaller waste volume.

The pouch body is made from laminated material, and the exact layer combination is chosen according to the liquid formula and fill volume. A folded, heat-sealed base creates the stand-up structure, and the spout is heat-sealed to the pouch opening. Because that connection is under constant tension when the pouch is full, the seal width is adjusted to suit the volume.

Available volumes span 1–1000 ml. Within that range, 1 L is a frequently selected size point, and other capacities can be discussed on request. Printing can be produced in 1–8 colours to support multi-colour artwork. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs, and the pouch style and spout type can be selected separately for each project.
