Custom 1 L Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Hair Dye, Hydrogen Peroxide Cream & Perm Solution

Built for hair-care brands and salon use, this custom stand-up spout pouch is centered on a 1 L fill and accommodates hair dye, hot oil treatment cream, hydrogen peroxide cream and perm solution. When products are dispensed by dose or split into portions, pouches can take the place of bottles, cut storage footprint, and be resealed to protect what remains.

The pouch body uses metallized film and a pure aluminium layer. Those metal layers handle light and oxygen blocking, which helps a formula prone to breakdown—such as hydrogen peroxide cream—stay more stable when kept away from light. A stand-up base lets the pouch sit by itself on a worktop, so a stylist can dispense one-handed without steadying it; in salon routines, the pouch may also be opened and closed several times in a day.

Filling capacity spans 1–1000 ml, printing is available in 1–8 colours, the minimum order is 10,000 pcs, and the pouch is supplied with a spout and screw cap. Pouch proportions, spout bore, and whether a measuring-cup mouth is included can all be adapted to the customer's requirements.

Applications include laundry detergent, cleaner, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquids, and liquid packaging more broadly. Hair-care lines often run small batches with many variants, so flexible artwork changes can support a brand's distribution. Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, at Kody Packaging, where lamination through pouch making is completed in house; welds and seals are inspected before dispatch, and samples can be made prior to bulk production.
