Custom 1–1000 ml Shaped Stand-Up Spout Pouch | Liquid Pouch Bags for Drinking Water, Juice & Beverages

Built for drinking water, juice and other liquid beverages, this custom stand-up spout pouch uses a shaped outline and a self-standing base for upright display in freezers and on end-caps. The spout supports direct drinking, making it suitable for sports hydration, meeting-room water, children’s drinks and other occasions where cups are not wanted. Fill capacity is 1–1000 ml.

The pouch body is constructed from laminated material with multiple layers. A barrier layer helps manage oxygen transmission, while the heat-seal layer is selected to meet liquid-sealing demands. Layer thicknesses are set according to the contents and intended shelf life, rather than applying one structure to every product.

Printing is available in 1–8 colours. The custom die-cut outline is independent of the artwork, so the shape can be fixed before graphics are finalised. Spout diameter, handle holes and similar fittings can be added as required. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, allowing one production batch to cover the launch volume of most small and mid-sized brands.

The stated application is liquid drinking-water packaging; beverages and juice are also served, and soup, milk and similar products fall within the same pouch format’s usable range.

Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, at Kody Packaging. Before a bulk order, customers can either provide a physical sample or send artwork for proofing. Once confirmed, the job is built around two defining inputs: the fill volume, which determines pouch dimensions, and the artwork, which determines the print plates. A prototype pouch follows, allowing the shaped outline, spout and colour registration to be inspected by hand; any die-cut revisions can be made at this point rather than requiring a separate tooling cycle.
