Custom 1–1000 ml Printed Foil Spout Pouch for Laundry Detergent & Household Liquids

This printed foil spout pouch is designed for laundry detergent and other liquid products, pairing aluminium foil barrier performance with the ease of a spout pack. A self-sealing structure works with the spout, allowing the pack to be closed again after opening so unused liquid is less likely to spill. Colour printing on the pouch surface helps household brands stand out on shelf.

The pouch body is built from laminated material. Within that structure, the foil layer blocks light and provides barrier, while the other layers contribute strength and heat-seal performance. After the layers are laminated and cured, they are slit and converted into bags; the spout is heat sealed into the pouch opening, and the base is folded and sealed so the finished pack can stand upright.

Filling volumes span 1–1000 ml, covering small household packs as well as refill formats. Printing can be produced in 1–8 colours, with spot colour and four-colour combinations both available; artwork is followed according to the customer's supplied layout. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

The intended use is liquid packaging. Relevant categories include laundry detergent, cleaner, household chemicals, disinfectant, shampoo, sheet masks and body lotion. The pouch is suitable for flexible packaging of household liquids and can also serve as a refill pack for similar cleaning products.

This item is custom manufactured at Kody Packaging's factory in Dongguan, Guangdong. Customers provide artwork and volume requirements; the factory then defines the material structure and printing plan and runs bulk production against the approved sample. Register and seam quality are inspected before shipment.
