Custom 1–10 L Stand-Up Spout Liquid Pouch for Mineral Water, Spring Water & Juice (5 L Nominal)

This stand-up spout pouch can handle liquid filling needs from 1 L to 10 L, with a nominal capacity of 5 L. Large and small spout diameters are positioned on the upper section. Mineral water, spring water, beverages and juice are common contents, and both bag format and printed artwork can be customized for each customer project.

A laminated material forms the pouch body. The outer print layer displays the artwork; the middle layer contributes barrier performance and structural strength; the inner layer serves as the heat-seal layer and is the surface that contacts the liquid. After the films are laminated, the bag-making process handles edge sealing, spout insertion and cap welding. A folded-and-sealed stand-up base keeps the pouch upright whether it is empty or filled.

The available capacity range is 1–10 L, with 5 L as the nominal size, while printing supports 1–8 colors. Fittings include a spout, screw cap and handle. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The two spout diameters can be matched to the filling line and to the end user's dispensing method, and bag style and artwork are made to order.

Suitable liquids include mineral water, spring water and juice drinks, and the pouch is also used for meeting water, outdoor events and temporary water supply. A handle makes carrying easier, while the spout supports pouring or direct drinking. For the 5 L nominal size, pouch height and spout position can be adjusted to match the customer's filling line.
