This stand-up spout pouch is built from a transparent laminated film. An outer layer carries the print and resists scuffing, while the inner layer is the one in contact with the filled liquid. Because the body stays clear, remaining volume is visible at a glance, yet the laminated structure still holds up under the weight that coating-type liquids put on a pouch.

Filling lines commonly run waterproof coatings, tiling ancillaries and household cleaning liquids through it. Installers can judge how much is left without cutting the pack open, and shop staff can check stock by sight alone — so a single pouch format covers both factory-direct supply and in-store repacking.

Volumes span 3 L and 5 L, with 5 L as the standard size for this item. Printing runs from 1 to 8 colours, and the fitment is a spout with screw cap supplied as either a one-piece or a separate design. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; pouch dimensions and artwork are tailored to order, while spout diameter is set by the filling equipment you use.

Clear film hides nothing, so artwork tends to use selective knock-outs alongside large colour blocks, keeping brand information and the contents visible at the same time. Where the liquid is dark, agree the colour build with the printer before the run so the finished pouch matches the approved design.

Production takes place at Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination, bag making and fitment welding sit under one roof. A sample pouch can be made and signed off before mass production begins.
