The pouch body is made from laminated material. Clarity comes from the light transmission of the individual films; strength comes from the combined laminate structure. Portion packs depend heavily on seal integrity—if the side seams are not fully closed, liquid can escape during transport. Heat-seal temperature, pressure and dwell time are the key variables, and bag-making and filling should run with consistent settings.

Printing can be supplied in 1–8 colours. A clear window can be left open, with branding printed only on the front and back panels, while pouch dimensions and spout diameter are set by the fill volume. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
