Burst-Resistant Spout Stand-Up Pouch for Juice, Soda & Liquid Foods | Custom Foil 1–1000 ml

This stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid food filling, including juice, beverages and carbonated soft drinks. Its body has burst-resistant reinforcement to handle internal pressure changes after filling, helping reduce ballooning and seam failure, so it is well suited to carbonated or swelling contents.

Available materials combine metallized film and pure aluminium. The metallized layer creates a reflective metal surface for light blocking and a metallic finish, while pure aluminium is denser and provides stronger barrier. Once laminated with the composite base, the pouch offers both stiffness and toughness. The spout is heat-sealed at the top and sealed by its cap.

Capacities range from 1 to 1000 ml, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch size, spout diameter, seal width and artwork layout can all be customised. Layout work can begin once the customer supplies a design, and both clear-window and full-coverage print options are available.

Typical contents are liquid foods: fresh milk, juice, beverages, soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam. Chilled drinks, takeaway food service and small-format juice packs are suitable scenarios. For drinks that gain pressure after filling, this reinforced structure is often chosen; a sample fill is the usual way to verify performance, and carbonated lines may request a slightly wider seal, which can be set during tooling.

Manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Samples can be produced to customer requirements so the burst-resistant structure and spout seal can be checked before bulk production. If the material or colour differs from the sample, the sample price applies.
