This spout stand-up pouch belongs to Kody Packaging's liquid pouch bag range. It uses a thickened structure that layers aluminium foil with laminated material, with capacities from 1-1000 ml. The foil layer strengthens the barrier against light, oxygen and moisture, so one pouch format can handle liquids, solids, powders and granules, giving it broad versatility.

In the construction, laminated material forms the pouch body while aluminium foil is incorporated as the barrier layer. The stand-up base allows the filled pouch to stand upright, and the spout is positioned on the upper body, compatible with screw caps or flip caps. The heavier build is mainly aimed at body strength and stiffness, helping reduce deformation when filling denser pastes.

For specifications and customisation, capacity covers 1-1000 ml, printing runs to 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Colour count, pouch dimensions, spout specification and stand-up bottom width are all open to tailoring. Customers may send samples or artwork; a trial pouch is made for approval before bulk production, so the print colours and bag structure align with the design.
