When shelf life and barrier protection are the priority, this aluminium foil spout stand-up pouch is built for liquid personal-care products. Its body combines aluminium foil with laminated material, and the fill volume can be specified anywhere from 1 to 1000 ml. Typical uses include shampoo, face masks and perm cream. The stand-up base supports retail display, while the spout replaces a bottle neck and lets users dispense by squeezing — well suited to travel sizes, refill packs and trial formats.
The foil layer serves as the barrier: it helps block light, oxygen and moisture, which can slow fragrance loss and paste oxidation in wash and care formulas containing active ingredients or perfume. In the laminate, the inner layer provides heat-seal performance and is the surface in contact with the product, so it must tolerate surfactants. Compared with an all-plastic pouch, a foil laminate has a firmer hand and sharper formed edges, creating a different shelf look.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours, applied directly to the foil surface; the metallic finish can be used as part of the artwork. Spout diameter, pouch dimensions and seal width are matched to the filling equipment. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
The stated applications are liquid packaging, shampoo and perm cream. The same pouch format can also handle body lotion, face masks, facial cleanser, disinfectant and laundry detergent within the personal-care and household chemical categories.
