800ml Liquid Pouch Bag for Hand Sanitizer & Disinfectant with Silicone Nozzle Tube

For daily chemical liquids such as hand sanitizer, disinfectant and liquid soap, this flexible pouch comes in stand-up and flat-bottom formats. Its four-side seals are flat and secure, while the bottom gusset helps the pouch stand firmly on shelf and gives the display panel more presence. A silicone nozzle tube can be fitted at the spout and used with a screw cap or flip-top lid, allowing smooth flow and one-hand dose control. Valve or spout assemblies can also be added when required, and the design works with both automatic filling lines and manual filling.

The pouch body is typically built from nylon laminated with PE, and the structure can be switched to PET, AL, PE or other combinations according to the contents, balancing barrier performance, puncture resistance and a soft hand feel. Printing uses 1–8 colour gravure technology for sharp artwork detail and consistent colour across runs, with finish options including transparent, matte and spot gloss. Mature formats cover 100ml to 5L, led by 800ml and 1000ml specifications. Customisation from samples or drawings is supported, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for customers running inline production on their own equipment.
