800ml Alcohol Hand Sanitizer Liquid Pouch — Silicone Tube & Drip Pump Spout

Built around the dispensing needs of alcohol hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap and comparable free-flowing liquids, this liquid pouch can take the form of a stand-up bag or a spouted soft pack. Four-side seals are kept flat and secure, while an optional folded bottom gives the pack better stability on shelf. A silicone tube spout or drip pump can be fitted at the mouth for smooth, low-backflow output, making it suitable for press-down or drop-by-drop dosing. The filling port is reserved according to the contents and filling process, and the pouch can be used with the customer's existing pump head or outer box.

Common film structures include PET/NY/PE and PET/AL/PE laminates. The layer combination can be adjusted to meet the barrier and chemical resistance needs of the contents while retaining a balance of stiffness and flexibility. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, producing clear image layers, stable hues, solid coverage and gradients; matt or gloss surface finishes are also possible. The capacity range covers 100ml to 5L, with 800ml and around 1kg being frequent choices, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied as well.

Applications typically include hand wash, gel sanitizer, disinfectant, body wash, laundry detergent and hotel amenities, along with some industrial cleaning liquids.
