6L Large-Diameter Spouted Liquid Pouch for Chili Oil and Sesame Paste Filling

The pouch uses a stand-up structure with a spout, and its three-side or four-side widened heat seals reinforce the body so stacking and transport pressure are less likely to cause leaks or breakage. A large-diameter plastic spout at the top supports smoother discharge of thick products, simplifying filling for low-flow items such as sesame paste and chili oil. A screw cap or inner plug can be fitted to the spout, allowing repeated sealing after opening for easier dispensing and storage by end users.

Film construction is commonly PET/PA/PE or PET/AL/PA/PE, with a food-grade heat-seal layer on the inside. Thickness and barrier design can be tailored to the contents, addressing oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and light blocking. The surface supports 1–8 colour gravure printing with stable registration and rich colour, suitable for brand key visuals, ingredient details, barcodes and usage instructions. Moulded capacity options run from 100ml to 6L, with 1L, 3L, 5L and 6L among the most common, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for continuous production on your own filling line.

Applications include condiments, hotpot bases, edible oils, pickled vegetables, juices and jams, and household and personal care liquids, covering retail packs as well as catering and industrial bulk formats. Customisation begins with a sample or drawing, followed by confirmation of bag style, dimensions, spout specification and print artwork; a proof is approved before mass production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop with integrated film blowing, printing, lamination and bag making.
