5L Stand-Up Liquid Pouch with Side Carry Handle & Screw-Cap Spout for Tile Adhesive

The stand-up format is the backbone of this pouch: a widened bottom gusset keeps the filled bag upright, saving space on shelves and pallets. A one-piece handle hole on the side lets end users lift a 3kg–5L pack with one hand, while the centre-top screw spout, sealing gasket and leak-resistant threaded cap allow repeated opening and controlled pouring. Four-side seals are widened, with rounded reinforcement where side and bottom seals meet, helping cut leakage risk during transport and handling. It is suited to liquid and paste fills in the 3kg–5L range.

Film structure is chosen around the contents: PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/AL/PE laminates are available, with a food-grade inner heat-seal layer that resists acids, alkalis and oils and provides a good barrier for polyurethane reactants, tile adhesives and similar chemical liquids. Printing runs in 1–8 colour gravure, producing crisp detail and stable registration in matt or gloss finishes. Standard capacities cover 100ml–5L; bag width, spout diameter and handle-hole position can all be adjusted to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied.

Applications include tile adhesives, grouts, polyurethane reactants, cleaning agents, lubricants, sauces and syrups — liquid and semi-liquid fills for the building materials, chemical and food sectors. Custom orders start with your sample or drawing; we confirm bag style, material and capacity, then make a proof for approval before mass production. Sample-based and artwork-based customisation are both supported. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 cleanroom plus its own gravure printing, lamination and pouch-making lines.
