5L Pressure-Resistant Liquid Pouch with Handle for Tile Adhesive & Waterproof Coating

For high-viscosity liquids such as tile adhesive and waterproof coating, this pouch supports filling and transport with a structure selected around your process. It can be made as a stand-up or pillow bag, and the seal layout—three-side or four-side—is chosen to suit the filling method. An integrated handle shares the bag body, while wider heat seals reinforce load-bearing points to reduce tearing during handling. A top spout or valve option allows controlled pouring and measured dispensing, and the tight seal helps limit leakage when bags are stacked.

The laminate is usually built from PET, nylon, foil and PE, with the exact layer combination matched to the product’s acidity, viscosity and shelf life. This balance targets stiffness, puncture resistance and barrier performance. Gravure printing runs 1–8 colours; artwork, colour codes and logo placement follow supplied files. Capacities span 100ml to 5L, while bag dimensions, handle position and spout diameter can be developed from a sample or drawing. For 4kg fills, thicker films and reinforced seals can be applied to improve pressure resistance.

These pouches are used for filling and retail packaging in coatings, adhesives, building-material additives and household liquids. Workflow: share a sample or drawing with capacity and product details, confirm the bag structure, approve the proof, then production begins.
