5kg Lemon Dishwashing Liquid Pouch — Custom Hand-Carry Spouted Liquid Bag

For hand-carried household and kitchen cleaning liquids, this pouch can be built as a stand-up bag or a four-side-seal flat-bottom bag. The four-side seal creates flat, strong edges, while the folded bottom provides support so the filled pack stands upright. A top carry hole or reinforced handle makes the 5kg format easier to move, and the dispensing point can be a spout, screw cap or one-way valve for smooth pouring of dishwashing liquid, cleaner and other medium-viscosity fills.

Laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and PET/VMPET/PE are available, with the barrier layer selected to match the contents and shelf-life target. The inner layer is a food-grade heat-seal film that resists acids, alkalis and leakage. Outside, 1-8 colour gravure printing delivers accurate registration and clear image layers, with matt, gloss or spot tactile finishes optional. Standard fill sizes range from 750ml to 5kg, and bag width, height and spout diameter can all be adjusted; both physical samples and artwork can be used for plate making.

These pouches are widely used for kitchen cleaner, lemon dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, disinfectant and liquid fertilizer, as well as OEM household chemical and private-label e-commerce programs. Custom orders normally begin with structure confirmation from a sample or artwork, followed by trial pouches for filling tests and then volume production.
