The pouch uses a three-dimensional stand-up design for medium-to-large filling runs of household and food liquids. Once filled, it stands upright on shelves and packs into cartons with a neat, stable footprint. Sealing is wide-edge heat sealing for flat, strong seams; side and bottom seals can be rounded or angled. At the top, choose a screw-cap spout or flip-top spout, with optional valve and handle. This setup supports smooth pouring, clean flow control, and a seal that holds after repeated opening and closing.

Body materials include PE co-extruded film or multilayer laminates such as PET/PE and PET/AL/PE. The thickened construction raises puncture and corrosion resistance, making weak acid/alkaline liquids like laundry detergent and disinfectant easier to handle. Outer surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, producing clear image layering and stable colour fastness; print repeats can be adjusted to match artwork. Standard capacities cover 100ml to 5L, and bag dimensions, spout diameter, film thickness and opening style are specified to suit the actual filling line.

Common uses include laundry detergent, fabric softener, disinfectant and hand soap, plus food-grade liquids such as soy sauce, juice and edible oil in small-to-medium formats.
