550 mL Hydrogen-Rich Water Spout Pouch | Pure Aluminium, Metallized & Transparent with Screw Cap and Clear Window

Built for hydrogen-rich water brands, this spout pouch uses 550 mL as the standard fill for the version shown. Hydrogen-rich drinks are sensitive to oxygen barrier performance, so the pouch body relies on a pure aluminium layer as its main barrier, combined with metallized and transparent films to support hydrogen retention and flavour stability.

Layer by layer, the aluminium blocks light and oxygen, the metallized film adds body and stiffness, and the transparent film keeps a small viewing area for checking fill level and contents. The closure combines a spout with a screw cap; the weld face at the spout base is flat, and the cap seals firmly when tightened.

Fill volumes can range from 1–10 L, printing is available in 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Artwork can follow the brand visual system, while pouch shape, spout size and the position or dimensions of the clear window can all be adjusted through discussion.

This pouch format suits drinking water, hydrogen-rich water, draught beer, soup, milk, juice and other liquid categories. Hydrogen molecules are small enough to pass through ordinary film, so sharing the filling method, storage temperature and expected shelf life helps determine how the aluminium layer should be configured. Light-protected storage and a shorter distribution chain reduce stress on the material, allowing the structure to be set to actual conditions.
