500g Milky White PE Acid & Alkali Resistant Stand-Up Liquid Pouch for Detergent & Care Liquids – Custom Printed

For liquid filling lines that handle detergents, personal care liquids and similar products, this stand-up pouch relies on an expanded bottom gusset to remain stable and present neatly on shelf. A widened heat-seal area runs along the body, forming a firm closure that comfortably holds around 500g of liquid. Top styles can be flat or angled, and the pouch can be fitted with a spout, screw cap or valve for controlled pouring and dispensing; handles and resealable features are optional additions.

The pouch body is based on milky white PE (polyethylene). Depending on the fill, it can be laminated with PET, NY, AL, PE and other layers to create an acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant structure with adjustable barrier performance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, producing saturated colour, accurate registration and clean logo or full-bleed detail. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L, while bag width, bag length, spout diameter and bottom gusset size can all be tailored. Sample-based and drawing-based customisation are both accepted.

Typical uses cover detergent, laundry liquid, disinfectant, care liquid, fabric softener and household cleaning liquids, as well as repacking for some industrial cleaners. The custom process moves through requirement review, sample or drawing confirmation, proofing and sign-off, bulk production, inspection and shipment. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house gravure printing and bag-making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; production is scheduled against the approved sample, with on-time delivery, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
