For liquid flexible packaging, the 500 ml format is a high-frequency size in this spout pouch line, aimed at hair-care and wash products such as curl cream, perm solution and body wash. A stand-up base keeps the pouch upright on shelf, while the top screw-cap spout supports controlled squeezing and helps limit spills.

The pouch wall is built from aluminium foil, pure aluminium and laminated material. Aluminium foil handles light blocking and barrier protection; pure aluminium is denser, giving more direct resistance to moisture and oxygen; the outer laminate carries printing and improves scuff resistance. These materials may be used individually or bonded into a multilayer structure. The spout is heat-welded to the pouch body, and the screw cap maintains a seal after repeated opening and closing.
