5 L Stand-Up Spout Pouch with Hand-Carry Handle for Putty and Wall Filler Liquids

Alkaline compatibility is where the design of this pouch starts. Water-resistant putty for interior and exterior walls, along with its ancillaries, sits on the alkaline side, and long storage puts the inner layer to the test — so the pouch uses a multi-layer build whose inner surface is matched to the acidity or alkalinity of the filling, preventing reactions during storage.

Three welded-in parts split the jobs of dispensing, sealing and carrying: the spout pours, the screw cap closes, and the hand-carry fitment lets the pack travel. A filled 5 L pouch can be picked up and carried directly by hand; once the cap is tightened, nothing leaks in transit and pressure from stacked pouches will not force the contents out.

Standard capacity is 5 L. Printing supports 1–8 colours, giving room on one layout for the product name, specification data and application instructions. Spouts are offered in large and small diameters to suit different dispensing rates, while handle position and pouch proportions can be adjusted to match real working habits. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
