Kody Packaging’s 5 L stand-up spout pouch is built around daily chemical cleaning liquids. It comes with a spout and screw cap, and the opening diameter can be produced to the buyer’s specification. Its stand-up base allows the filled pouch to stay upright on retail shelves, floors, or delivery crates, making it suitable for dish soap, fruit and vegetable wash, and laundry detergent.

The laminated structure is engineered by function. The inner layer is chosen for chemical compatibility with cleaning liquids, helping reduce leakage and seam failure during prolonged contact. The outer layer supports printing and resists abrasion, while the middle barrier layer limits odour escape and keeps external moisture out. Thickness ratios across layers are adjusted according to fill concentration and storage conditions.

Printing options cover 1–8 colors. Capacity is 5 L, the fitting set is a spout plus screw cap, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout diameter, and seal width are all customizable; artwork is produced from the customer’s design.

Typical applications include dish soap, fruit and vegetable wash, laundry detergent, and other ordinary cleaning liquids. With a large fill volume and a spout, the pour is easier to regulate, which helps cut down on spills.

Printing, lamination, and pouch making are completed by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Before bulk production, a sample can be run from the customer’s existing pouch for confirmation.

Since different formulations interact differently with packaging materials, testing a trial sample first is recommended to confirm compatibility. Material and size choices influence cost, so quotations are based on the approved sample.
