This 5 L spout pouch is built for purified water and comparable liquids. It features an integrated carry handle, a welded spout and a screw cap, and can stand upright once filled. Material selection targets food-contact applications, making the pouch suitable for flexible packaging used by drinking water producers and distribution operations.
The pouch body is made from a PE/nylon laminate. PE serves as the heat-seal layer and the liquid-contact surface, while the nylon layer raises film strength and puncture resistance. Together, the layers support both seal integrity and durability. During spout insertion, welding temperature and pressure must be tightly controlled to prevent weak seals or marks on the pouch surface.
Capacity is 5 L, and artwork can be printed in 1–8 colours. The pack comes with a spout and screw cap, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch size, spout diameter and print layout are all customizable to project requirements.
Typical contents include purified water and drinking water; the pouch can also be used for other water-based liquids. The handle helps users move a full bag, the spout supports direct drinking or partial pouring, and the screw cap allows reclosure after opening. These features suit household, office and outdoor use.
