Made for household and chemical liquid filling, this 5 L stand-up spout pouch is supplied straight from the factory. A stand-up base and carry position keep a filled pouch stable on a shelf or floor while letting it be lifted away, making it suitable for medium-capacity products that are moved often.
The pouch body uses laminated material, with several films bonded into one sheet that balances stiffness and flexibility. The inner layer contacts the liquid, the middle layer provides barrier and strength, while the outer layer offers the printing surface and rub resistance. This helps the pouch resist whitening and fuzzing from transport friction, so it still looks clean after long shipments.
The standard volume is 5 L, and printing can be done in 1–8 colours, allowing graphics, colour blocks and brand information to be laid out together. The fitment is a spout and screw cap: tighten after filling to seal and reopen as needed. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with pouch dimensions, spout diameter and handle format all customizable.
Applications cover household and chemical liquids such as cleaners, detergents, disinfecting liquids and various industrial fluids sold in refill formats. The combination of a stand-up base and handle saves effort both on the shelf and at the point of use, and eliminates the need for an extra support rack on the filling line.
Kody Packaging is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with bag making, lamination and fitment welding carried out on its own production lines. Samples can be developed from your existing pouch or drawing so that the layout and structure are approved before mass production.
