5 L Hand-Carry Stand-Up Spout Pouch | Laminated Small-Bore Liquid Packaging Bag

Built for high-volume liquid handling, this 5 L stand-up spout pouch suits family-size packs, restaurant kitchens and industrial decanting. Once filled, its stand-up base keeps the pouch upright on a worktop, while an integrated handle area allows it to be carried by hand. A small-bore spout delivers a narrow, steady pour, helping users avoid a sudden heavy flow.

The pouch body uses laminated material, with multiple film layers bonded to provide strength and barrier performance. At this larger fill size, the body faces more demanding forces: the outer and middle layers carry the load, while leak resistance depends on the heat-seal layer and its sealed edges. The bottom gusset is the most stressed seal point, so bag making requires separate control at that area.

Printing is available in 1–8 colours, using customer-supplied artwork. Handle-hole format, spout diameter and bag length-to-width ratio can be fine-tuned around the intended fill volume. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs, supplied as one batch.

Listed under liquid packaging, the pouch can be used for drinking water, juice, milk and soup, as well as fresh beer and daily chemical liquids. The inner layer is changed according to the contents to suit different liquids.
