This 4L laundry detergent pouch is made with PET/PE two-layer lamination, using a streamlined film combination to help control cost; it can be produced with either a three-side or four-side seal, giving a flat seal edge. Laundry detergent is commonly a high-surfactant formula that is relatively viscous and mildly alkaline, and after filling it stays in contact with the inner film layer for long periods, so both chemical resistance and seal strength need attention. It is suitable for detergent filling lines, supermarket shelf display and e-commerce shipping. The film structure, capacity and printed artwork can all be customized to order.
