480ml Foldable Spout Liquid Pouch for Cycling Hydration & Custom Liquid Packaging

Built around cycling and portable hydration, this pouch is available in foldable and stand-up formats with three-side or four-side sealing. It collapses naturally as the contents are used, so it stores compactly in a jersey pocket or backpack. The outlet can be fitted with a drinking spout, screw-cap spout or one-way valve for controlled dispensing and less backflow. Handle, hook and hang-hole positions can be tailored to the mounting method, suiting bike frames, backpacks and belts, while also working with automatic filling lines.

The pouch body is commonly laminated from food-grade PE, PET, NY and foil. Single- or multi-layer structures are selected to suit the filling product and to balance barrier performance, flex-crack resistance and seal strength. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, delivering rich colour laydown and dependable registration for large graphics and brand marks. Standard volumes span 100ml to 5L; bag dimensions, spout diameter, seal width and film thickness are confirmed from your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is available as well.

Typical uses cover outdoor sports hydration, cycling refuelling, sports drinks, juice, drinking water and liquid home-care products. The custom process moves from confirming volume and pouch style, to receiving a sample or artwork, to proof approval, and then to bulk production.
