Built around a foldable stand-up structure, the pouch has reinforced seals on all four edges and a folded bottom that lets empty bags store flat while allowing filled bags to stand upright. A food-grade spout is positioned at the top and can be combined with a dust cap or press-style valve for smooth dispensing and reduced leakage. The side includes a clip slot for attaching the pouch to a cycling backpack, handlebar or waist belt. Developed for outdoor sports, it can also be made in single- or double-spout versions.
The body is typically produced from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or nylon laminates, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer that balances flex endurance, puncture resistance and barrier performance for drinking water and various liquid foods. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure technology to achieve fine graphics and consistent colour, whether the artwork covers the full surface or leaves selected areas unprinted. Standard capacities range from 250ml to 2L, with 480ml and 500ml common for outdoor hydration pouches; pouch shape, spout diameter and clip position can all be adjusted to your drawing.
Typical applications include cycling, running, hiking and camping, as well as portable packaging for sports drinks, juice, drinking water and sauce-type liquid foods. The customization process generally starts by confirming pouch type and capacity, then moves through artwork or sample submission and sample approval before bulk production. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, and keeps film blowing, printing, lamination and pouch making in house. We support customization from samples or drawings, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and matching roll film in the same material available.
