From the user side, this pouch is folded into shape, heat-sealed around its edges and widened at the base so it stands steadily after filling. A spout or valve can be added at the top as needed, while the carry-handle cut-out makes lifting and pouring easy. Empty bags fold flat, reducing storage and freight space. Formats can range from single-serve packs to larger multi-use packaging, using a spout, valve or standard fill port.

The main material is food-contact PE, and it can be laminated with PET, NY or AL films based on the contents and barrier requirements, creating a multi-layer build that resists flexing and drops. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, giving clear solid areas and gradients. Regular capacities are about 100ml to 5L. Bag dimensions, spout diameter and handle position can all be adjusted to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic filling lines.

Applications include juice, drinks, drinking water, sauces, detergents and daily chemical liquids, as well as portable outdoor hiking and sports hydration. The custom process is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, confirm the pouch structure and print plan, produce a proof, and then move to mass production once approved. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class clean workshop where film blowing, printing and bag making are completed in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with customisation from sample or drawing supported and production/delivery scheduled as agreed.
