This is a 3L liquid pouch bag for beverage applications, defined by a three-side seal structure with no spout. The pouch is formed by three-side heat sealing, which clearly distinguishes it from spouted liquid pouches in filling method, seal configuration and use scenario. The no-spout design keeps the pouch format simple for beverage liquid packaging completed in a three-side seal format.
Common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the contents and barrier requirements; multi-layer laminate thickness is controlled at 15–25 silk. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The production process runs in the order of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, with colors and graphics customized to customer artwork, and pouch dimensions customized to customer requirements. Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong.
The application focuses on flexible packaging of beverage-type liquids, with the 3L size serving as a medium-capacity liquid pack format; the three-side seal no-spout pouch format is intended to work with the corresponding filling and sealing methods, and specific compatibility should be confirmed against the customer's filling equipment and product characteristics.
Customization flow: customer provides sample pouch or artwork → factory sampling based on sample/artwork → confirmation of material structure, thickness, dimensions and artwork → gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, heat sealing → mass production. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
