This product is a 100ml liquid pouch bag for syrup, featuring a straight spout as its core structural difference. The pouch body is formed by heat sealing, with the spout heat-sealed to the bag, making it suitable for filling, storage, transport and direct suction consumption of syrup-type liquids; this clearly distinguishes it from same-size, same-use pouches without a spout or with angled spouts.
Laminated structures can be selected according to the contents and barrier requirements: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer lamination thickness ranges from 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm), and the specific structure can be matched to syrup characteristics and packaging format.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, and the artwork layout can be customized to customer requirements. Production runs in a Class 10,000 clean workshop using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization flow: customer provides sample bag or artwork → sampling based on sample/drawing → confirmation of material structure, dimensions and artwork → mass production. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces; sizes and artwork layouts are customizable, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
