3kg Milk White PE Handled Liquid Pouch for Car Wash Foam | Custom Filling

This liquid pouch is mainly designed for car wash foam, vehicle shampoo and various aqueous liquids, using a handled format that makes carrying, lifting and pouring easier. Bag edges are heat-sealed, while the dispensing section can be specified as a flat opening, spout or valve according to filling method and end use. An external handle or die-cut hand hole can also be added. The pouch can stand upright or on a flat base, and the opening position can be adjusted to suit filling lines. It covers mid-small liquid packaging needs such as 3kg and 5L.

The base film is milk white PE, and depending on the liquid being packed, it can be laminated with PET, PA, aluminum foil or other materials to balance barrier performance, puncture resistance and seal strength. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, so graphics, colour blocks and brand information can follow supplied samples or artwork. Matching roll film in the same material is also available. Available volumes span 100ml through 5L, and bag styles include handled pouches, spout pouches, valve bags and BIB inner bags. Bag dimensions, film thickness and outlet design can be adjusted around the fill volume, supporting both trial sales and volume production.

In use, these pouches are common for car wash foam, car shampoo, windshield washer fluid, cleaners, care liquids and other liquid products, as well as daily chemical, industrial cleaning and general liquid filling. Custom projects usually start with a sample, drawing or clear requirement; after bag style, material, artwork and capacity are confirmed, sampling is arranged.
