380 mL Hydrogen-Rich Water Spout Pouch — Transparent Aluminium Foil with Pure Aluminium Screw-Cap Bag

Built for hydrogen-rich water filling, this spout pouch uses a 380 mL standard fill, sitting between single-serve trial formats and larger sharing bottles for household stock or retail distribution. Because hydrogen migrates out easily, the pouch places a pure aluminium layer in the primary barrier role to help keep the gas inside.

The film structure combines transparent film, aluminium foil and pure aluminium: the foil blocks light, the pure aluminium shuts down the oxygen path, and the transparent film leaves a viewing area so the remaining liquid can be checked. At the mouth, a spout and screw cap work together; the cap sealing surface matches the spout thread and still seats after repeated opening and closing.

Available volume spans 1-10 L, printing can run 1-8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch proportions, spout bore and printed artwork can be customised to a drawing; the clear zone size is also open to discussion. Ply order is fixed during lamination so the build remains consistent across production runs.
