Designed for single-serve drinking, this 360 ml liquid spout pouch uses a die-cut outline and a punched hole that accepts a string, hook or retail hanging strip. A spout sits at the top: unscrew the cap and sip straight from the pouch, with no cup required. Kody Packaging can tailor the fill volume from 1–1000 ml.
The non-rectangular profile, combined with the punched hole, helps pouches align neatly on a hanging rail. After filling, the stand-up base expands so the pouch can stand on a table or chiller shelf. Aluminium foil blocks light and oxygen, while the laminated material delivers puncture resistance and heat-seal strength. The spout cap closes again, making a partly finished drink easier to carry.
Printing runs from 1–8 colours. Artwork layout, hole position, pouch shape and spout diameter can all be adjusted to a customer drawing. Volumes span 1–1000 ml, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
Typical use is liquid drinking-water packaging, including mineral water and hydrogen-rich water where source and portability matter. The same pouch format also suits draft beer, soup, milk and juice.
Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Customers can approve a sample based on a physical sample or artwork before bulk production.
