This liquid pouch targets trial, travel and refill formats with small to medium fill volumes. The flat pouch format uses three-side or four-side sealing for neat, secure edges, and the body includes a spout position for a screw spout, direct-drink spout or tear-off mock spout, making squeeze dispensing easier. A pure white film gives a clean, clinical appearance for personal care and household products, while leaving space for labels or small retail cartons.

The pouch body is normally built from food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PA/PE laminates. Its inner layer is heat-sealable, and the structure can be chosen for acid, alkali or oil resistance depending on the fill. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure with accurate registration and even ink coverage; matte, gloss and partial-white finishes are available. Fill sizes run from 100ml to 5L, covering common 300ml trial packs, 450g body wash pouches and 1L refills, with bag dimensions and spout diameter adjustable to the project.

Typical applications include trial and refill packs for body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, wool and silk detergent, and hand wash. The same pouch style also suits small food packs such as sauces and juices.
