300 ml Low-OTR Foil Spout Pouch for Hydrogen Water | Custom Four-Side-Seal Liquid Bag

This 300 ml four-side-seal foil pouch is built for liquids that need protection from oxygen. It uses pure aluminium and metallized material options, spans a 1–10 L capacity range, and can be fitted with a spout and screw cap; the spout opening is made to the customer’s chosen diameter for hydrogen water, hydrogen-rich water and similar low-oxygen-transmission applications.

Within the laminate, the aluminium layer serves as the primary barrier, allowing moisture vapor and oxygen to pass through at lower rates than standard plastic films. A four-side seal keeps the aluminium layer continuous across the pouch face and helps avoid the stress concentration that folded corners can introduce. The inner heat-seal layer is in direct contact with the contents, so its material must balance seal strength with chemical stability.

Printing can run from 1 to 8 colors. Volumes range from 1–10 L, the accessory set is a spout plus screw cap, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout opening and seal width can all be tailored, with artwork produced from the customer’s supplied file.

Common end uses include hydrogen-rich water pouches, drinking water pouches, juice pouches and soup stock pouches. The format is especially suited to products with quality-stability requirements across the storage period, while the small-capacity option is convenient for single-serving consumption.
