300 ml Four-Side-Seal Foil Spout Pouch | Factory-Direct Liquid Packaging for Fruit Tea, Glacier Water & Hydrogen-Rich Water

For beverage fillers and drink brands, Kody Packaging supplies this four-side-seal foil spout pouch direct from its Dongguan factory. The pouch is heat-sealed on all four edges into a flat rectangle, with a spout and screw cap welded at the top. Shoppers can twist the cap open and sip immediately, while automatic filling lines can handle capping and sealing. The frequently used 300 ml size is designed for ready-to-drink fruit tea, glacier water, and hydrogen-rich water.

The laminate stacks metallized film with a pure aluminium layer. Aluminium blocks light and helps slow oxygen ingress, while metallized film adds stiffness and keeps material cost balanced. Used together, these layers help maintain flavor and color stability through shelf life. Four-side sealing creates straight, even edges, leaving the front panel fully open for artwork so full-panel designs are not interrupted by the pouch structure.

Capacity can be selected from 1-10 L, printing is available in 1-8 colors, and a spout or screw cap can be fitted as an accessory. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout specifications, and artwork can be customized to your drawing. Samples are confirmed first for hand feel and print result, then bulk production begins.

Because different contents need different barrier levels, sharing your filling temperature and whether the product ships chilled helps determine the number of film layers and where the aluminium layer should sit.
