300 ml Food-Grade Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Drinking Water | Custom Nylon-Foil Laminate

Built as a stand-up pouch with a spout and a 300 ml fill size, this food-grade pack uses a laminated composite body. Nylon and aluminium foil are both part of the laminate, which suits drinking water and liquid products that must withstand manual handling and long-distance shipping. The spout removes the need for a cup when drinking or pouring, while the flexible pouch body resists bursting when packed cartons press against one another; the nylon layer supplies that flex and toughness.

The pouch wall combines multiple film layers, each selected for a job: nylon for puncture resistance and repeated flexing, aluminium foil for light and gas barrier, and a heat-seal layer for tight seams. This multi-layer lamination is intended to raise mechanical strength and make barrier performance dependable, helping the contents remain stable during ambient storage and repeated distribution.

Printing can run from 1 to 8 colours, and colour artwork can be produced to the customer's brand standards. The spout type, pouch shape and print dimensions are confirmed at the sampling stage. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

The listed application is liquid drinking-water packaging. Fresh beer, soup, milk and juice can also be filled in the same pouch format; the inner film and filling method are adjusted to suit the contents.
