300 ml Disinfectant Spout Pouch | Custom Refill Bag for Hand Sanitiser

Designed around a 300 ml fill, this spout pouch handles deodorising and disinfecting liquids, antibacterial disinfectants and hand sanitiser refills. Choosing a refill pouch reduces the need to buy new bottles repeatedly, and when empty the pack flattens for compact storage and disposal.

The pouch body is built from laminated material. Its bonded layers deliver a balance of barrier performance and flexibility. When the fill is a disinfectant, the inner layer must tolerate contact with the formula, while the outer layer supports printing and resists handling wear. The spout is heat-sealed into the pouch top and fitted with a screw cap; during refilling, it can be pointed into a bottle neck to guide the liquid.

Available capacities range from 1 to 1000 ml. Printing can be produced in 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout specification and cap type are set according to the customer's requirements. The print panel can carry the product name, dilution guidance and caution information.

This pack format is used for liquid packaging, including portioning and refilling of deodorising liquids, antibacterial disinfectants, hand sanitisers and comparable cleaning and disinfection products. Commercial cleaning, public washroom supply and household refill packs are common applications. Public washroom and catering buyers often select this size because a refill pouch is cheaper to ship than a rigid bottle. The cap colour can also be specified to match the dispenser being refilled.
