Developed for travel-size and sample formats, these 30–50ml liquid pouches can be produced as three-side-seal flat bags or stand-up pouches. The seals are flat and strong enough for daily squeezing and shipping demands. For viscous products, add a spout or screw cap for direct dispensing; for single-use packs, choose a tear-notch sachet. Opening position, pouch dimensions, rounded corners and tear notches are all customizable to match your filler and consumer usage, keeping the pack both portable and leak-resistant.

Materials commonly include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and NY/PE laminates, with barrier options selected for the fill product to deliver stiffness, puncture resistance and leak protection. Printing uses 1–8 colour gravure printing for strong colour, stable registration and clear fine text or full-bleed backgrounds, and matching roll film is available in the same structure. Standard fill sizes are 30ml to 50ml, with extension to 100ml; pouch width, length and spout diameter are made to order.

These pouches suit cosmetics, hair care, personal care and pharmaceutical sample programs—shampoo, facial cleanser, lotion, serum and sanitiser gel—as well as e-commerce gifts and hotel amenity kits. Custom orders begin with a sample or artwork review, followed by layout and proofing before mass production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop with printing, lamination and pouch-making completed in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, scheduled after artwork approval.
