3 L Bag-in-Box Liquid Pouch | Metallized High-Barrier BIB with Butterfly Valve

This product uses a bag-in-box (BIB) design: a metallized laminated pouch sits inside an outer carton, and a butterfly valve on the pouch serves as the dispensing outlet. It is made for larger liquid volumes during storage, transport and dispensing, combining high-barrier protection with control over packaging cost and the volume of waste after use.

The pouch body is based on metallized laminated film. Its metallized layer resists oxygen, moisture and light, helping slow oxidation and aroma loss. The outer carton adds rigidity and stacking support, so filled pouches keep a tidy shape in warehouses and on shelves. The butterfly valve combines a seat with a screw cap to manage sealing and pouring.

The standard capacity is 3 L. Pouch style, valve type, dispensing accessories, and the dimensions and printing of the outer carton can be adapted to a customer's product line. Artwork and material combinations are also customizable, and the final specification is set against an approved sample.

Common applications include portioning concentrated juice, syrup, coffee liquid, sauces and other medium- to high-viscosity liquids. It also suits measured delivery for chain restaurants, central kitchens and industrial liquids, where a dedicated dispensing tap can help reduce secondary contact after opening.
