3.9L Custom Liquid Pouch for Cola & Juice with Large Spout and Handle

This liquid pouch is built for export packaging of cola, juice and similar drinks. It uses a stand-up format with a folded bottom gusset for stability, and the body is three-side or four-side heat sealed for flat, durable edges. A large-diameter spout can be added at the top; its opening is compatible with common filling equipment, and screw caps or flip-top closures are available for pouring and resealing. A side handle hole or an attached carry handle makes larger formats such as 3.9L and 1 gallon easier to move.

The bag body is commonly made from food-grade laminate structures such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE, chosen according to the contents and sterilization method. The inner layer is a food-contact PE heat-seal layer, while oxygen barrier, light protection and puncture resistance are balanced for the product. Printing is done by 1–8 colour gravure for rich detail and accurate registration, with matt, gloss or spot varnish options. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and bag dimensions, spout diameter and handle style can all be adjusted to your filling line.

These pouches are widely used for liquid foods including cola, juice, tea drinks, syrup, drinking water, dairy and sauces, and they also work for household and industrial liquid filling. For customisation, send samples or artwork; after confirming material, capacity and spout specification, we provide a proof or sample for approval, then move to mass production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. Film blowing, printing and bag making are completed in house.
