Built for medium- and large-volume liquid filling, this pouch is supplied mainly as a stand-up spout bag or nozzle pouch, with capacities concentrated in larger sizes. Wide, flat four-side heat seals create a generous sealing area, helping reduce leakage during stacking and transport. The spout usually uses a screw cap, while a one-way valve or anti-drip nozzle can be selected when required. Opening position, spout diameter and cap type can all be adapted to your filling equipment and end-user dispensing habits. A folded or K-style bottom keeps the pouch standing steadily.

Lamination is chosen to suit the contents. Common structures include PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, balancing barrier performance, corrosion resistance and drop strength. For strongly acidic or alkaline liquids, a thicker inner PE layer or an adjusted heat-seal formula can be used. Gravure printing covers 1–8 colours, delivering stable image layering plus full-bleed backgrounds and spot colours. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, with bag width, bag length and spout diameter matched to your filling line. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.

These spout pouches are widely used for medical couplant, disinfectants, cleaning agents, care liquids and selected food-grade liquids. Larger formats such as 2500ml (5-jin) are suited to bulk dispensing in hospitals, factories and stores.
