These brush-applicator liquid pouches are made for filling small amounts of liquids and creams, available in three-side or four-side sealed formats. A brush wand and screw cap sit at the top; spout or valve designs can also be produced on request. The sealed edges are flat and strong, and an easy-tear notch helps users open the pouch cleanly. After filling, the closure supports stable sealing to reduce leakage and drying out. The compact shape travels easily, and the brush tip gives direct, precise application.
Typical laminates include PET/PE, NY/PE and PET/AL/PE, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer and barrier options matched to the formula. The outer layer can be printed by 1-8 colour gravure, handling solid colours, gradients and fine text with good rub resistance. Common fill sizes are 5g–50g. Pouch dimensions, brush size, cap style and orifice diameter can follow your artwork, with optional matte, glossy or laser finishes.
Applications include lip gloss, lip tint, mascara, eyeliner, nail polish, serum and hair oil, as well as samples, travel sizes and e-commerce trial packs. Custom orders start from your sample or artwork; after proof approval, sampling and mass production follow. Matching roll film in the same material is also available. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, operates a Class 10000 clean workshop, and has an MOQ of 10,000 pcs for export and branded packaging projects.
