Designed for large-volume filling and transfer of industrial liquids, this pouch can be built as a four-side-seal or pillow-style bag. Both edge and bottom seals are reinforced to improve load-bearing and drop resistance. Outlet configuration is matched to the filling line: two spouts or four spouts, with inner plugs, screw caps or valves available. A dual-spout layout can separate filling from discharging, while a four-spout layout supports split dosing or rapid emptying and helps reduce residual liquid and handling steps. Handles can be added when workshop lifting is needed.

The bag body is heat-sealed from multilayer laminated film. Common structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and co-extruded PE film; the barrier layer and inner sealing layer are chosen based on the product being packed. Graphics are applied by 1–8 colour gravure printing, which delivers fine detail and stable registration for brand colours and text on the same panel. Capacities can range from 1 kg to 20 kg, and film thickness, bag dimensions, and the number and position of spouts are confirmed against your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is available for integrating with existing filling equipment.

Applications include lubricating oil, chemical additives, industrial cleaning fluids, agrochemical liquids, and packaging that needs cushioning and leak protection. The 20 kg format is especially suited to workshop repacking and transport. The customization process generally follows: confirm use and capacity, provide a sample bag or design drawing, approve the sample, then move to volume production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean workshop.
